1. مقدمة
توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «زاد» معلوماتك ويستخدمها ويحميها عند استخدامك للخدمة. نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك واستخدام بياناتك فقط للأغراض الموضّحة أدناه.
2. المعلومات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف المستخدم في التسجيل والتحقق.
- معلومات الموقع والعنوان: عنوان التوصيل والإحداثيات الجغرافية (خط الطول والعرض) التي تختارها لتحديد شمول منطقة التوصيل.
- معلومات الطلبات: تفاصيل مشترياتك وسجلّ طلباتك وطريقة الدفع.
- معلومات الجهاز: معرّف الإشعارات (رمز الجهاز) لإرسال تنبيهات الطلب، ومعلومات تقنية أساسية لتشغيل التطبيق.
3. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
نستخدم بياناتك لإنشاء حسابك، وتحديد منطقة التوصيل، وتجهيز طلباتك وتوصيلها، ومعالجة المدفوعات، وإرسال إشعارات متعلقة بطلبك، وتحسين الخدمة وخدمة العملاء، والامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية.
4. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي
يُستخدم موقعك الجغرافي لتحديد ما إذا كان عنوانك ضمن نطاق التوصيل ولتوجيه المندوب إليك. يمكنك إدخال الموقع يدوياً عبر تحريك الدبوس على الخريطة، وضبطه بدقة يضمن نجاح التوصيل.
5. مشاركة المعلومات
لا نبيع بياناتك. قد نشارك الحدّ الأدنى اللازم منها مع: مندوبي التوصيل (الاسم والعنوان والموقع ورقم الهاتف لإتمام التوصيل)، ومزوّدي خدمات الدفع، والجهات الحكومية عند وجود إلزام قانوني.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك وبالقدر اللازم للأغراض المذكورة والالتزامات القانونية. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق؛ وعند ذلك نحذف أو نُخفي هوية بياناتك الشخصية مع الاحتفاظ بما يلزم قانونياً (مثل سجلّات الفواتير) للمدد المقرّرة.
7. أمن البيانات
نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الاستخدام غير المصرّح به. ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت بشكل مطلق.
8. حقوقك
يحقّ لك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو تحديثها، وطلب حذف حسابك، والاعتراض على أنواع معيّنة من المعالجة، وذلك ضمن ما تسمح به القوانين النافذة.
9. خصوصية الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون السن القانونية، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويسري التحديث فور نشره على هذه الصفحة.

1. Introduction
This policy explains how the Zad app collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your data only for the purposes described below.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: the name and phone number used for registration and verification.
- Location & address information: your delivery address and the geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) you select to determine delivery-zone coverage.
- Order information: your purchase details, order history and payment method.
- Device information: a notification identifier (device token) to send order alerts, and basic technical information needed to run the app.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to create your account, determine your delivery zone, prepare and deliver your orders, process payments, send order-related notifications, improve the Service and customer support, and comply with legal requirements.
4. Location Data
Your geographic location is used to determine whether your address is within the delivery range and to route the driver to you. You set the location manually by moving the pin on the map; placing it accurately helps ensure successful delivery.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data. We may share the minimum necessary with: delivery personnel (name, address, location and phone number to complete delivery), payment service providers, and government authorities where legally required.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account from within the app; we then delete or anonymise your personal data while retaining what is legally required (such as invoice records) for the prescribed periods.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access or use. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct or update your data, request deletion of your account, and object to certain types of processing, within what applicable law permits.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to persons under the legal age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect once posted on this page.
